How do you simplify a multi-layered story about about a new electric car company, during their launch as a team sponsor Formula E?

BRIEF: Create a unique, disruptive film to be shared on social, that teases and reveals the new team car design. The video should also tell the story of Faraday Future the brand,  Formula E, their new partner Dragon Racing team and the future of electric mobility.

IDEA: A teaser series on social channels, leading up to the opening ceremony of Formula E with a short video on each topic, building their momentum and highlighting different chapters of the story which can be targeted to different audience groups.

Car livery reveals are usually quite flashy and bold, and overdone. With this film we wanted to tell the story of an electric mobility company their journey from road to race, as a brand and as a transfer of technology.

Getting a film crew ready in 1 week to film at Silverstone during the official Formula E test weekend and shooting everything in 3 days.

Being a hands-on creative lead on a big project like this; Running between 3 different shoot set ups at the race track and spending over a week in the edit suite getting everything perfect.
